VETKO ANTISTRESS WDP

Heat stress is a critical issue in poultry production. The detrimental effects of heat stress on poultry and pigs range from endocrine and immune disorders to decreased growth and production performance and an increased mortality rate. Heat stress also causes loss of water, acids and minerals, leading to alkalosis, disturbed electrolyte balance and dehydration. During periods of heat stress, feed intake usually declines, leading to insufficient uptake of essential nutrients, vitamins, minerals and amino acids. VETKO ANTISTRESS WDP contains vitamins, dextrose and vital trace elements that help the dehydrated animals to restore their immune system, body electrolyte balance and provide them with the necessary antioxidants.
