COMPOSITION

Toltrazuril 50 mg
DESCRIPTION
Toltrazuril is a synthetic broad-spectrum anticoccidial drug that is effective against both gamont & schizont. Toltrazuril inhibits nuclear division & mitochondrial activity. It damages the wall forming bodies of microgametes, by which cause severe vacuolization by inflation of the endoplasmic reticulum in all intracellular development stages of Emeria spp. Toltrazuril has strong anticoccidial action against all types of coccidiosis in lambs kids and piglets.
INDICATIONS
VETCOX 5% ORAL is indicated for the treatment of coccidiosis in lambs, kids and piglets.
CONTRA-INDICATIONS
Do not administer to animals with an impaired liver and/or renal function.
SIDE EFFECTS
None.
DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION
For oral administration via drinking water. Shake well before use.
Kids and lambs : 4 ml per 10 kg body weight once daily.
Piglets : 1 ml per 2.5 kg body weight during the first week of life between age 3 - 5 days. Only one treatment is required.
Mixed with drinking water, use the product within 24 hours.

STORAGE
Store in a dry and dark place between 8 °C and 25 °C.
Store in closed packing.
Keep away from children.
